The Constitution
The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. But it has been de-emphasized in schools to the point where students have limited understanding of what it is. I present a primer so that students can better appreciate what it is and what it does.
2nd Amendment
The Second Amendment in the Bill of Rights enshrines the Common Law right, the right recognized in the English Bill of Rights (1689) to keep and bear arms. I will protect your right to bear arms!
Why I’m Running
Like many people I became disgusted with the direction of the country. I didn’t feel as though Congress was serving ‘we the people’ well. I realized that I had all the characteristics I would like to see in a Congressman. I’m educated, familar with the legislative process, knowledgeable, and experienced. I have been a factory worker, supervisor of a department, practitioner of family law, corporate law, and securities law. I have also been on the State Board of the North Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition, the largest coalition of appraisers in the world. So, I have been on the factory floor, in charge of a group of people,, in the boardroom, and I have been a small businessman for over a quarter of a century. I would like to put my education and experience to work for the people of North Carolina District 4.
